Half-Day Intensives

Personalized half-day intensives are designed to provide comprehensive support for your mental and emotional well-being. This option is particularly helpful if you desire results in a particular area of your life in a short amount of time. During our intensive sessions, you'll have the opportunity to experience a blend of powerful therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs. Our intensives also include a database of various stress management tools and techniques that you can take home with you to equip you with practical strategies for navigating life's challenges with resilience and ease.

Themes may include establishing new beliefs around love, relationships, money, finances, career, health, business, and any other area in which you desire "an upgrade".


Whether you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, trauma, or simply a space for self-exploration and renewal, the half-day intensive offers a holistic approach to support your journey towards greater well-being.
